Bank Draft Payment Plan
|
This payment plan is the easiest way to pay your utility bill. It is free of charge and eliminates checks and postage. Every Clinton Utilities Board customer can enjoy the convenience of this payment plan. All you do is authorize your bank and CUB to automatically deduct your utility bill from your checking account each month. You will still receive your utility bill, but instead of sending your payment, your checking account will be debited on the net due date shown on your bill.

Telephone Credit Card Payment
|
CUB, through Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS), offers
24 hour bill payment using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. To make your
credit card payment by phone, please call
1-866-660-5183. Telephone payments are not posted to your CUB
account until the following business day.
Note: EDS charges a $4.50
convenience fee for credit card payments.

Budget Payment Plan
|
A "Budget Payment Plan" is available for our residential customers. Your payment is based on your last 12-months usage. In this plan, you pay equal amounts for
up to eleven months. In the twelfth
month your account will be adjusted. If you have overpaid, Clinton Utilities Board will credit your account the over-payment. If you have underpaid, you will be billed accordingly. You must have received service at your present location for at least 6 months to participate in this program.
This program is offered only during the early spring. Applications must be turned in between
March 1st and no later than May 15th.

Bank Payment Locations
|
Customers not wishing to mail their payments or bring them into the office may pay at some
bank branches in this area. The following banks accept Clinton Utilities Board payments:
- Amsouth Bank - Clinton, Norris, Tri-County
- Citizens First Bank - Tri-County
- The Community Bank of East Tennessee - Clinton
- First National Bank of Lafollette - Clinton
- SunTrust Bank - Clinton, Lake City, and Oak Ridge
- Union Planters Bank - Clinton

Of course, you may also bring your payment to CUB's
main office, located at 1001 Charles G. Seivers Blvd. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. After hours and weekends, you may drop your payment in the drive-thru drop box.
