Clinton Utilities Board's web
site has been tested and is compatible with Internet
Explorer 7.0. Upgrading Internet Explorer should not
cause any problems with using Online Account Access and Bill Payment.CUB's Online Account Access and Bill Payment works by
loading new browser windows, which may be adversely affected by "pop-up
blockers."
Windows XP SP2 users can go to Internet Explorer's Tools menu, select POP-UP
BLOCKER, then select TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKER. This will disable pop-up
blocking performed by Windows XP only.
Your antivirus/security software
(i.e. McAfee Security, Norton Antivirus, etc.) may also provide pop-up
blocking. You will need to disable pop-up blocking performed by this
software to allow pop-up windows for our web site to use Online Account Access
and Bill Payment.
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
(i.e. AOL, CompuServe, etc.) may also provide pop-up blocking. Please
contact your ISP for instructions on how to disable pop-up blocking.
