Deposits are security for the payment of all amounts (including charges for electric, water, sewer, as well as any other charges) due by depositor to CUB.
Upon request and after one year of "excellent CUB credit history," residential customers with higher deposit requirements can receive a partial refund to the lower deposit requirements.
Customers disconnected for non-payment will be required to upgrade their deposits to the "without excellent CUB credit" requirements.
Deposits will be applied to the Final Bill after termination of utility service and any credit balance refunded to the customer.
